The REAL ESTATE TRAINING COLLEGE trains people to work in the South Australian real estate industry as sales agents, property managers and sales agency managers.

The Real Estate Training College (RETC) website is tailored towards a theme of direct response. This means its main purpose is to get site visitors to contact the College by either phone, email or via one of the contact forms on the site. Having visitors submit their contact details allows the RETC to do a personalised followup via email and/or phone call.

The RETC invests in a carefully targeted Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising on Google. For example, if someone searches Google for “how to become a real estate agent”, an ad from the RETC will appear. This form of advertising delivers a steady stream of potential clients to the RETC each month. It has so effective that the RETC no longer does traditional print based advertising.
